Just off Hwy 2, Chinook Lumber acquired an old house that lay between their retail and rental shops. This old house had a good looking right hand kidney behind it’s dog earned perimeter fence, and we peek over it from time to time to see if was empty and skateable. Eric Flagstead, aka the Rook had swam in this gem while he was a kid. It teased us, just around the corner from the shop, until one day, Monty gave me a call.
