LENDAS DO SKATE: SERGINHO
Serginho - Frontside axle grind - Swell Skate Park 1979
Começando a série sobre lendas do skate, hoje vou escrever sobre Sergio Szpoganicz de Oliveira, mais conhecido como Serginho.
Skatista original da primeira equipe da Swell Skate Park, Serginho era o rei dos tail blocks e rock & rolls. Ele também foi o primeiro skatista aqui do sul a dar rock & roll slides e sempre acertava tail block edgers matadores no coping do bowl da Swell.
Serginho foi o campeão brasileiro amador no famoso campeonato que aconteceu na Swell Skate Park em 1979 , o I Campeonato Brasileiro Olimpikus de Skate.
Depois dessa época de ouro do skate de bowl aqui no sul (1978-1980), ele começou a viajar pelo mundo e hoje mora no Rio De Janeiro.
Dizem que quando ele vem visitar a Swell para churrascos com a turma, ele faz sessions secretas, nas quais acerta as famosas manobras que fizeram dele uma lenda no skate gaúcho.
